7. Refunds, returns & guarantees

Your rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy and under New Zealand consumer law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993). Where applicable, we offer a satisfaction guarantee as described on the product page and policy page.

8. Product quality, testing & safety

Our products are produced in certified, GMP-aligned facilities and are independently third-party lab tested for quality and safety. Store as directed on the label. Do not use if the seal is broken. Discontinue use and consult a health professional if adverse effects occur.

9. Programs & content

Our programs (e.g., Cancer Support, Sports & Recovery, Aging & Longevity, General Wellness) provide general guidance paired with our core formula. They are not individualized medical treatment plans. Any use of the Health Tracker or related tools is at your discretion. Data you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. User content & testimonials

By submitting reviews, testimonials, images, or videos to us (including via email or social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and customer education, unless you withdraw consent in writing. You confirm you have the right to share any content you submit and that it does not infringe others' rights or contain unlawful material.
