Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We understand that health isn't one-size-fits-all. If myCore doesn't work for you after following our recommended usage guidelines, we'll provide a full refund of your product price. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Eligibility

  • Purchase must be made directly from mycore.co.nz
  • Follow the protocol: 20g per day for 14 consecutive days (Weeks 1–2)
  • Log your results daily in the myCore Health Tracker for the full 14 days
  • Submit your request within 30 days of delivery

What We Refund

  • Product price only. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable
  • Subscriptions: guarantee applies to the first month's order only
  • Limit: one guarantee claim per household/customer

What to Send Us

  • Your order number and delivery date
  • Evidence from the myCore Health Tracker (screenshots or export) covering the full 14 days at 20g/day
  • A brief description of your experience and any side effects (if applicable)

How to Request a Refund

Email support@mycore.co.nz with the above information.

We'll review your request within 3–5 business days and confirm next steps.

If a return is required, we'll provide you with an RMA number and return address.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Returns (if requested)

  • Products must be returned with original packaging (opened pouches are acceptable for evaluation)
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless we made an error with your order
  • For local pickup orders, return to the pickup location with your RMA number

Exclusions

  • Orders not tracked in the myCore Health Tracker for the required 14-day period
  • Orders beyond 30 days from delivery
  • Purchases from resale, marketplaces, or unauthorized distributors
  • Suspected abuse, bulk buying for resale, or serial refunding

Your NZ Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ). You may have additional remedies when goods are faulty.
